Becoming a dallas police officer?

I did some research on there site, and I was wondering if I get my Associates degree from a community college can I still join? Or can I get a online bachelor degree on Kaplan university online? Here are there requirements.

“The following is a list of regional accrediting bodies that are accepted by the Dallas Police Department and TCLEOSE (Texas Commision on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education).

* Southern Association of Colleges and Schools

(SACS-CC)

* Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges

(MSA)

* North Central Association of Colleges and Schools

(NCA)

* Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges

(NASC)

* Western Association of Schools and Colleges

(WASC)

* New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc.

(NEASC-CIHE)” What does this mean? Sorry for a dumb question.

Also note that Kaplan school is a scam. You can do some research but no one accepts a Kaplan degree as the real deal.

Your community college would probably be fine. There are many colleges that offer accredited degrees online. University of Phoenix is one of them, but there are many many schools that offer degrees online that are accredited.
