Am from India and am aiming at a Juris Doctor Degree through On line/Correspondence? Is it possible or not?

I am not completely sure how to properly say that I am receiving a JD. This is for a paper that I am writing and it is only hypothetical. I am not actually receiving a JD, or else it would seem insane that I even went to law school.
